• Learnworlds: Our platform provider, which stores user data and hosts our website and content. They use high-level encryption to secure any information collected.
  
  

• Mailchimp: For email marketing communications and newsletters. We use Mailchimp to send emails relevant to your subscription and role (teacher, counselor, therapist, parent, etc.).
  
  

• Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads: We use these platforms for targeted advertising, but no personal information is directly shared with them unless you click on an ad and voluntarily provide information on their platforms.
  
  

• Mixam: If you choose to purchase a physical workbook, you will be directed to Mixam.com, the publisher of our workbooks. To process and ship your order, Mixam will collect your shipping information directly.

We prioritize the security of your data. We use industry-standard encryption protocols through Learnworlds and Stripe to ensure your personal and payment information is protected. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Services are primarily directed to users in the United States, but users from other English-speaking countries may also access them. If you are accessing the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred and processed in the United States where our servers and third-party providers are located.

Our Services are designed for use by adults (e.g., parents, counselors, educators) on behalf of children. While we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13, certain interactions within our program allow for the submission of child-related information, specifically through an optional social skills questionnaire.

• Questionnaire Information: Parents and children may optionally submit a questionnaire that asks children to rate their current social skills (e.g., "I say no to inappropriate behavior") at the start and end of the program, in order to track progress. Children respond by choosing from "Never," "Sometimes," "Often," or "Always."
  
  
• Data Handling: This information is submitted and stored through Learnworlds, our hosting platform. We do not use this data for any purposes other than to store it securely on behalf of our customers. It is accessible only by the customer via their online portal.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child in a manner not described above, please contact us at info@caseys-clubhouse.com, and we will take steps to delete the information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Please review this policy periodically.

Some of our customers, such as counselors and therapists using our curriculum to build therapeutic clubs, may be required to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) when handling therapeutic information about children. It is the responsibility of these professionals to ensure that they are compliant with HIPAA regulations regarding the storage and protection of sensitive health information.

Casey's Clubhouse, LLC provides a curriculum and general resources but does not handle or store any information that would be classified as protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA. Therefore, we are not responsible for HIPAA compliance related to any data collected or stored by our customers during their use of our Services.

The Casey's Clubhouse curriculum is designed to support children in developing social-emotional skills and building hearty mental habits. It was created by a licensed mental health professional by the name of Laura Doerflinger Schneider, LMHC. While it can be a helpful supplementary tool for counselors, therapists, educators, and parents, it is not intended to replace professional therapy or mental health services.

If you or your child are needing mental health care, we recommend seeking support from a licensed mental health professional. Our program is meant to complement, not replace, therapy or any medical treatment prescribed by a healthcare provider.
